1. Put approximately 19 - 3" frozen tart shells out on a baking tray.
  2. Put 4-6 frozen or fresh cranberries in each shell (you can also mix with blueberries).
  3. Whip one egg with 150 ml of honey.
  4. Mix in 4 tablespoons of very soft butter and 1 tsp of vanilla.
  5. Stir in 1/2 a cup of chopped pecans.
  6. Drop the mixture on the berries with a spoon.
  7. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven until the pastry is light brown. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, depending on if the berries are frozen or not.
