Mash together honey, coffee, bananas and water with a fork. Add cake mix and eggs. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into 2 - 9" (22 cm) greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350¬?F (180¬?C) for 30 - 35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool on wire racks. Frost with whipping cream sweetened with honey and a pinch of instant coffee.
